How Does Bowen Therapy Work?
The therapy consists of a series of ‘rolling moves’ over muscle and connective tissue using light touch. The light touch is only applied briefly but at precise points.The Bowen Technique both balances and stimulates – the restorative process beginning once the body is relaxed.The body normally responds quickly, making it a clinically effective and cost effective treatment.

Kate trained with Bowen Training Ireland in 2016 and has been working with the Bowen Technique since then. Kate has also trained in Scar Tissue Release and Indian Head Massage. Kate has a background in Social Care work.
Maggie Donnelly (BTAA)

Maggie qualified as a Bowen therapist in early 2017. Maggie is also qualified in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Maggie is also qualified in Lymph Drainage.
