How Does Bowen Therapy Work?

The therapy consists of a series of ‘rolling moves’ over muscle and connective tissue using light touch. The light touch is only applied briefly but at precise points.The Bowen Technique both balances and stimulates – the restorative process beginning once the body is relaxed.The body normally responds quickly, making it a clinically effective and cost effective treatment.
